Corporate Entrepreneurship
For companies to be successful in the long term, they must be entrepreneurial and innovative. This requires, in particular, employees who think and act entrepreneurially. Trend Management & Leadership in challenging working environments
Business decisions are based on information. We have access to (almost) any information, which is why we should not only be “smarter than ever”, but also make better decisions. However, the vast amount of information is not always viewed positively, as individuals are increasingly overwhelmed by the flood of information. The supposedly improved data situation does not automatically lead to better decisions for organisations. In this module day, you will learn about the content and causes of the “triple overload” and how you can this overload in everyday management, especially in the leadership of virtual and hybrid teams. To this end, organisational trends recognise and evaluate organisational trends, to make good, success-relevant decisions relevant to success.
